Same thing happened to me. I mentioned it here on the board and provided all the requested info but I never heard anything else about it. I don't usually watch the boards, so this may be a common complaint, but the same thing happening to several people all in the span of a few days seems unusual to me.

The internet is getting so huge. I have watched some of my sites listings here and years ago they spidered once a month and now it seems to be 2/3 times a year.

Look at it this way, guys. The archive is listing billions of pages of code. This takes huge server time, money and admin.

It would be nice to know how the Archive affords it and maybe how we can set up a foundation to help support them.

It would be fun to see the stats on the archive as far as visitors, bandwidth, downloads, uploads, forum posts, etc.
